Beetroot & Strawberries Smoothie Bowl

If you are not sure how to fit 5-a-day into your day then a morning smoothie bowl is a right solution for you. I always try to fit as much veg and fruit into my breakfast to ensure that I feed my body with only the BEST.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot

  • 4 fresh strawberries

  • 1 handful fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (I used Meridian)

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together, so the consistency is nicely smooth.

  2. Then add homemade granola on the top or maybe some nuts with more fruit.
