Frozen Banana Blueberries and Carrot Smoothie

This is a superb morning smoothie which will give you a perfect boost first thing in the morning. If you are in hurry and don’t have time to sit down to have a full breakfast then this is a right solution for you, packed with omega-3 and some antioxidants.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (best way to store bananas of they go brown, you stop food waste that way)

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (superb antioxidant

  • 1 tbsp of linseed (source of omega 3)

  • 1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • coconut milk

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender for approximately 3 minutes to ensure all the pieces are fully blended.

  2. And then just enjoy the creamy taste.
