Banana & Blueberries Overnight Oats

Nutrition Tip

Soaking the oats helps the starches break down and reduces the natural phytic acid, which may help your body utilise the oats' nutrients much more efficiently.

Overnight oats are great for a breakfast option or even a dessert, remember oats are full of fibre which need for our gut flora to flourish.
