My day yoga retreats and mini retreats are all about reconnecting and reenergising our bodies and mind. These retreats are hosted in Berkshire and Hampshire surrounding areas and are about creating the balance, energy and purpose within your life. Each retreat is based on a different theme and may also include different wellbeing experts who may talk about essential oils, practice reiki or even practice different type of class with us.

At the end of the day, your mind and body will feel reconnected and reenergised from a day of yoga, nourishing food, pranayama, meditation, and you may learn to practice more self-love too.

These retreats are small intimate day for just 10- 15 yogis/yoginis. 

I know that not everyone is able to afford to spend funds on the whole yoga retreat weekend, and therefore I want to make it more affordable through my yoga retreat days and mini retreat experiences which are wonderful for anyone who would like to switch off and find that connection within.

We always put everyone else first, well now this is TIME FOR YOU.
