What is Crystal Bowl Sound Healing ?

Crystal bowl sound healing, also known as a Sound Bath is a powerful meditative therapy that combines sound from different types of instruments which soothe your nervous system. Sound healing is the use of healing frequencies to essentially ‘tune’ us and shift us back into balance and harmony again. This happens through harmonic resonance. Sound Healing allows you to be present for yourself, slow down and be in the present moment. Everything has its own unique vibrational frequency. Sound is like a water wave which travels through your body and mind via different frequencies and vibrations.

Intention & Frequency = Healing > Intention (Sankalpa) can be powerful for us all.

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Locations in Berkshire & Hampshire

I host my Yin Yoga and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing/Sound Baths evenings at wonderful locations such as Wasing Wellbeing, Reading and Westridge Studio in Highclere. On some occasions, I host these events around Newbury area as well.

As soon as I walk in, the room it is inviting and relaxing. V chooses an aroma to match the session and sets the lighting perfectly. I get all my equipment out and ensure to switch my phone off!
