Frozen Berries, Avocado & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Nutrition Tip:

This is a quick vegan smoothie bowl made from just few ingredients. If you fancy something different instead of porridge then this is the bowl for you. A great source of fats, vitamins and minerals in one bowl. Avocado is a good source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tbsp frozen berries

  • 1.5 tbsp peanut butter (no palm oil)

  • 1.5 tbsp linseed

  • 1 small piece ginger

  • 1.5 cup coconut milk

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender for at least 3 minutes.

  2. Then serve with whatever you will find at home. I have used cashew nuts, coconut flakes, homemade granola and natural chocolate sauce from SweetFreedom.
