Frozen Banana Blueberries and Carrot Smoothie
Nutrition Tip:
This is a superb morning smoothie which will give you a perfect boost first thing in the morning. If you are in hurry and don’t have time to sit down to have a full breakfast then this is a right solution for you, packed with omega-3 and some antioxidants.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana (best way to store bananas of they go brown, you stop food waste that way) 
- 1/2 carrot 
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (superb antioxidant 
- 1 tbsp of linseed (source of omega 3) 
- 1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt 
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter 
- 1 piece of ginger 
- coconut milk 
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender for approximately 3 minutes to ensure all the pieces are fully blended.
